There’s something about warehouse sales that just gets my blood pumping, y’know? Probably like every other girl, their mom, and their grandmothers – we anticipate the coming of a sale like it’s Christmas morning. It’s a full day debacle: waiting in line, mapping out your route, pinpointing the kill-items, etc. Over the years, the crowds of people have begun to get to me and I started wondering whether it was all worth it – hahahahah, who I am kidding, of course it is.
This year, I got the immense pleasure of getting a sneak peak into the long-awaited Nordstrom Warehouse Sale, hosted by Style Democracy, before it opened up to give you all an idea of what to expect, what to hunt for, and what areas to hit up first.
One very important note about the Nordstrom Warehouse Sale – it’s MASSIVE. There are thousands of pieces to sort through, so make sure you divide and conquer. If not, you’ll feel super overwhelmed haha

I had an amazing time shopping the sale (especially because they actually had awesome styles in my Giant-Size-10-foot-size). The thing that bugs me the most about warehouse sales, beyond just not having an abundance of sizes, is when their “warehouse sale prices” are no better than your average retail store. It just screams “marketing gimmick!” (being a marketer, I get it, but I hate falling for it).
It’s for this reason that I really wanted to showcase the prices at the Nordstrom Warehouse Sale by styling a look under $100. Most of the pieces I picked up (because obviously I didn’t stop at one look) were all under $30 – so the prices were legit.
NB*: I actually gave myself a $100 budget but ended up not even spending that for my look.

$70 Look
I chose this cute on-trend off the shoulder lace romper to feature because it was such an amazingly constructed piece and… ONLY $35! Right?! Such an awesome find.
The lace was really intricate so I wanted to leave it uncomplicated by eliminating all accessories or jewelry. I thew in these super comfy strappy heels by Steve Madden to complete the look, which were also only a whopping $35!
Altogether, the look was only $70 and is perfect for any occasion! I can’t wait to see what you all pick up from the Nordstrom Warehouse Sale! We can celebrate our kills together
