4 New Beauty Products You Need To Try

There’s something that really feels like home whenever I walk into Shoppers Drug Mart. When I was young, my mom and I would have a mother-daughter date every time there was a 20x The Points Event and ever since then, shopping at Shoppers has become like second nature to me.

She would let me choose one new thing I wanted to try each time. Because of that, it’s where I discovered all of my firsts – my first skincare, first eyeliner, first make up brush, first dry shampoo… the list goes on.

I would be so excited every time I would hear we were going to Shoppers Drug Mart or that the 20x The Points event was going on. It became a highlight of my week…

I don’t wait for my mom to tell me about the 20x The Points Event anymore and I collect my own PC Optimum points now (sorry mom, I promise I’ll share), but I still feel so attached to Shoppers Drug Mart when it comes to trying new products. Shoppers always has such a great collection of just about everything and it’s always so accessible.

The concept of trying new things is something that become not only a part of my shopping life, but it’s also a philosophy that has really stuck in every other facet of my life. It might sound weird to say, but it really all started from those shopping dates to Shoppers Drug Mart with my mom.

New Products Customized Just For You

I’m not the only one who loves trying new products at Shoppers Drug Mart though. So much so that Shoppers created this incredible event at Square One Shopping Centre (right in the centre of the mall), not only to help you find the perfect new products to try, but also to give you some! If it was possible for me to fall in love with Shoppers even more… I think it’s happened.

The event starts with you answering a couple questions about your hair, self-care, and beauty regime (they’re actually so much fun). At the end of the questionnaire, you’ll be recommended a set of new products to try. It doesn’t end there though, friends, it ends with a personalized bag coming down a conveyor belt (yes, a legit conveyor belt), with some coupons, samples, and even some select full sized products in it.

Before you ask – it’s completely free and is also open to the public. I love that Shoppers is helping to bring newness to everyone’s game.
